Vito Glazers Beats Ryan Eagle in Court
The first judgement against Ryan Eagle, the former owner of EWA
Network is now in. It seems that Vito Glazers, the former owner of
CPATank has won a total of $273,419 in Federal Court. If you don’t
remember, Eagle had disappeared almost overnight after it was found that
he wasn’t not only refusing to pay affiliates, but had taken large
amounts of money out of his affiliate network to support his lifestyle.

Also, it seems that accusations are being made that Ryan’s camp is suspected of retaliating in their traditional illegal behavior of purchasing negative SEO against Vito Glazers and hacking his company Email accounts similar to the accusations made by another CPA network owners in the past here.

gdawg scammed by Ryan Eagle Web Assets aka EWA. Non payment. BS Excuses.ryan eagle scam, ryan eagle scammer, ryan eagle lawsuit, eagle web assets
Payment is due since October 2012. Have already sent lots of emails and PMs to Ryan. Below you can see the latest conversation where he promised payment within 14 days. I have been very patient and polite all along. It's not worth my time to go after $2285 so I'll just write it off. However, I would like this thread to stay here so that whenever someone searches for Ryan Eagle, they'll know what he has done to people. ps. Ryan, you can still pay me and I'll just close this chapter and move on. If you choose not to pay, you will be proven a liar and a thief. But if you decide to accuse me of fraud like you have been doing with other affiliates, I'll get my rep from Global Personals to post here and confirm that the leads sent were legit and they have already paid you in full.

Bryan K - A story about Non Payment + EWA / Blam Ads / Ryan Eagle, ryan eagle scam, ryan eagle scammer, ryan eagle lawsuit, eagle web assets
Ryan Eagle Do not WASTE your time and money on EWA anymore, save it for other network.
here my story and I hope you all not have same experience.
Ryan, came to my country (Indonesia) himself to explain about his network and his AM in my country is my friend.
ryan eagle scam, ryan eagle scammer, ryan eagle lawsuit, eagle web assets
Okay, I stick to his network and earn like on NOV about $4000+ and DEC about $2800+ (promote only dating offer on FB ads)
The problem start on 24 nov, where savy said wrong send payment okay I wait, from then many excuses come from ryan LOL... I think he's rich but what happen?
EWA going to collapse soon for anytime, he's a lot debt to affiliates and not pay until now and still looking for new investor?
He is sweet mouth guy Hery,
Finally, it looks as if this week the investor is coming in and I'd like to discuss plans of resolving the previous debt, and establish a structure for you to rebuild trust with us. It's taken me about 9 months of seeking investors and going through the wringer to finally reach this point. Our new investor is coming in as a financing partner / owner to handle all new allocated traffic. With this investor, we will be able to pay you daily / 2x a week (or whatever preferred) and attach a percentage repayment agreed upon.
Right now all financial decisions and special payment terms like this needs to go through and get approved by them. I'm reaching out to you because I consider you a critical relationship and a friend to EWA, and my main objective in 13' is to fix the mistakes and rebuild the trust. Would you be interested in getting adjusted terms so you can scale without risk, with an agreed upon repayment attached on top of it? For example, we could attach 15% of commission to be attached and remitted onto the daily commission wires to you. This will allow me to get it approved by the investor, while allowing you to scale, get paid daily, and get the past issue resolved.
After we work off the debt we can maintain the same pay schedule so we can actually grow with you and rebuild the trust that we have. You have been a good friend to me and EWA and I want to come to a quick resolution that allows us to work on our previous past due debt.
If you would like to hop on the phone for me to clarify or discuss anything that would further appease you let me know. We could get some money remitted this week if that will help, then if we paid you super fast you could scale fast. Wientor listed you as a critical relationship so we could work out a special deal. Could I give you a phone call on Skype to move forward with this and explain how we can make a plan that will make you happy?
Yes, I do attack and threat him and after that he said he will wiring my payment. A week passed, and new email now he attack me LOL... he said I fraud lead... how I can do that when I only do advertise on Facebook ads... and the quality good, got paybumps...
And today I tired of his BS... every action come reaction.
Please think if you already joined EWA, whether made a lot or a little, think about it when someday you not got paid for hardwork you done! And for to those who not join EWA, its good... never touch them!!
I better stick with Neverblue and adsimilis, its smooth and got weekly payment, my personal experience.
EWA DEAD SOON!
NB: about fraud thing, what I did only promote dating offers on FB ads... After months my quality good, got paybumps, and when this problem came... ryan with his lame tactic attack me for fraud thing. You only ruin yourself ryan, good luck. Screenshots:

Hello everyone, I am Andre D. Ramsey. I wanted to come on here because someone brought this thread to my attention, and I'd like to set the record straight for those of you who are interested in the truth. I was responsible for running BlamAds as an employee of Ryan Eagle and Eagle Web Assets with the title VP of Incentive Operations from February 2010 – October 2012.
ryan eagle scam, ryan eagle scammer, ryan eagle lawsuit, eagle web assets
When we launched Blam in the summer of 2010, things went well for a long time and we had quite a following of very satisfied affiliates. Ryan Eagle as the owner of BLAM Ads and I as VP disagreed on a number of issues regarding the general management of BLAM and the direction of the company, as is normal with any situation involving a team environment. However, around the first quarter of 2012, I started receiving a considerable number of complaints from both my account managers and affiliates that the payments they were to receive from the EWA accounting office weren't being sent on time- sometimes not at all. I personally met with both Tom and Ryan Eagle on numerous occasions on behalf of my Affiliates and Affiliate Mangers to get to the bottom of these issues and to get affiliates payments expedited. As VP, I was only privy to affiliate operations of the company and not the back office accounting. From my perspective BLAM Ads was cash positive based on network stats and I could not understand why affiliates continued to be paid late.
I poured my life into BLAM Ads, and it frustrated me to see my blood, sweat, and tears falling apart based on things out of my control and all the decisions affecting the company being made by the owners to which I was not privy. During these discussions I informed the owners, that I could not in good conscience manage the company if BLAM continued in the direction it was going. Subsequently, on Oct 17th, 2012 I was told my services was no longer needed. I’ve not spoken to Ryan Eagle since.
A month following, Ben Cagle from Society Invite and MMDCash and I began discussing a partnership opportunity and on 11/15/2012 we forged a partnership to form LevelUpAds, LLC. This partnership brings both my experience and success together with his reputation for always paying his publishers and he has always been well respected in the industry. So when publishers come to LevelUpAds, they are not just joining another network, but are partnering with a team with over 30 years of collective manage experience, is financially backed, and has responsible leadership. Our company is fully independent and has no connection to Eagle Web Assets, Inc. Ryan Eagle or any of his partners.
The damage done from the collapse of EWA is felt throughout the industry; from the many employees that trusted Ryan, Harrison and Tom working countless hours to help build up EWA and BLAM Ads, and the thousands of affiliates whom not only lost their earnings but also trust in network owners and the industry as a whole, and to the unseen personal friends of Ryan Eagle whom have been negatively affected by these events.
Please contact me for further discussion via skype: andre.d.ramsey as I’d love to clear up any additional misconceptions.

EWA Rips off stupidbodo from WF Ryan Eagle, ryan eagle scam, ryan eagle scammer, ryan eagle lawsuit, eagle web assets
Hi Everyone,
My name is Ryan Liao. Before I start, I would like to say that I had a great time at EWANETWORK so much so that I diverted all my traffic to them after working with them for 1 week. The staff were very helpful and they helped me to scale up my earnings.
ryan eagle scam, ryan eagle scammer, ryan eagle lawsuit, eagle web assets
However, last week, on 29th Oct, when I login to my account, I received an email saying that my account has been suspended due to fraud. Since I did not commit anything related to fraud, I sent an email to Ryan Eagle, listing out my traffic source and inquire for more details regarding the ban.
Meanwhile, I contacted Harrison and he said that he will talk to Ryan personally. I appreciate for the help thank you Harrison. So Ryan replied me(email) on 2nd Oct saying that I have mixed proxies in my traffic and he ask for an explanation. I sent him an email saying that "if it's proxy traffic, than yes I need to use proxy to view my offers landing page to check that the link is working. However, I have never used proxies to buy the product that I'm promoting." I also list down the possibilities that I could thought of for the proxy traffic and I offered my help to prove that I am not doing any fraud. Since then, reply never came in and I feel that there's a lack of proactive in the investigation.
Few Points I would like to highlight:
1) I don't think I should be labelled as fraud since I don't have any intention to "cheat" and I am offering anything that I can do to help in the investigation.
2) I hope you guys understand from my point of view since I'm not doing any fraud. I can provide all the tracking analytics from prosper202 and traffic source to help in the investigation. But since my account is ban I can't login to my account and I won't know which lead or even which offer has fraudulent leads. There's a limit to how much I can do to trace for the particular lead that is fraudulent.
It's really frustrating to be waiting and not knowing when the next email is going to come. I understand that they are really busy with Ad Tech coming ahead but I really hope the staff can help me out. If anyone is able to help me, I would be thankful for that. Here's some tits for you guys

I’m known mostly for my businesses, so this autobiography focuses more of the corporate side of my life rather than my personal side. Anyways, I’ve had a fascination with business for as long as I can remember. When I was a kid in first and second grade, I used to have a fantasy about owning a computer business one day. Who would have known it’d actually come true? Ryan Eagle think some peoples destiny is set from an early age, and I fulfilled exactly that.Saturday, October 25, 2014

Ryan Eagle decided to get the help I so desperately needed. July 4th, 2008 was my sobriety date, and I have not used drugs or alcohol since then. I’ve been given a new life, one day at a time, and I’m forever grateful for that. All the pain I went though built character for me, and Ryan Eagle never forget the past and the pain that I was in. Anyways, back to business – it was always my goal to eventually start an affiliate network, and Ryan Eagle partnered with a long-time friend of mine to start EWA Network and it hit almost instant success. It was a fun journey, but unfortunately and humbly it was the first time in my life a business failed. It was one of the biggest blows to my ego that I’ve ever endured – but I persisted through it and moved forward. I learned more in the last year of EWA Network running that I did in eight years of business before that.

Ryan Eagle’s Beginnings I’ve been on computers since Microsoft Windows 3.2, but the true addiction started when we got our first Compaq computer. ryan eagle scam, ryan eagle scammer, ryan eagle lawsuit, eagle web assets
Ryan Eagle had recently moved from Texas, where I had spent the majority of my time outside, to Illinois. The weather wasn’t so friendly so I had a lot of time inside. I spent that time on the computer, and I wanted more than anything to run an internet business. In the fifth grade, I made my first website from HTML and it all went up from there. The first money I made online was from selling virtual game items for the game Diablo II. Ryan Eagle used those funds to pay for people to write my school papers and do my homework (I wasn’t much of a school-oriented guy) and buy my first car – a shiny BMW 325i. I also ran various online forums. Ryan Eagle ran everything from a Photoshop community, to a video game hacking community. I added Google AdSense onto my websites and I got my first check, framed to this day, for a whopping $4.81. My father was absolutely astounded that money could be made online. To me, it was just a beginning and I wanted more. For an ego boost, Ryan Eagle decided to make a “network” of sites based on topics that I enjoyed. I had no real money motive, I just wanted to seem bigger than I was. Ryan Eagle made websites about upcoming game consoles, MySpace, everything and anything that was interesting to me. My ad revenues started increasing and I made a very simple decision: quit my job, smoke pot all day, work on my online business and lose about $1,500 a month from my day job. Being the pothead I was, I decided to make the jump.
